Important Note From Ska'moog - We are players and really care about your experience. As such, we take pride in trying to make every Ska'moog event great filled with last second TDs and not 40-0 blowouts. So, please reach through the divisions and try to select the one that morst approprately fits your team. And please note Ska'moog closely monitors competition and may change your division if they deem appropriate.
Co-Ed Division
Fun, Engaging, and Competitive
Overview
Ska'moog Co-Rec is 5v5 which creates a fast, fun, and engaging game environment where you can't help but be involved in every play. The rules incorporate all players especially girls.
Is Co-Ed right for my team?
The Co-Ed division is designed for co-rec teams that still have that "it" to challenge themselves. If you are a PLAYER, not a spectator - then this division is for you!
Key Rules
- 2 Guys/Girls have to be on the field each play
- 2 Girl Plays per 5 downs
- Girl TDs are 8 pts, Guys are 6 pts
- 5 downs to score
- Live Rush (open hand blocking - no bull rush)
- No downfield blocking

Women's Division
Fun, Engaging, and Competitive
Overview
Ska'moog Womens is 5v5 which creates a fast, fun, and engaging game environment where you can't help but be involved in every play. The rules incorporate all players.
Is Womens right for my team?
If you still got that "it" to challenge yourself and compete, then the Ska'moog Women's division is for you!
Key Rules
- 5 Downs to score
- All players are eligible to catch passes
- Live rush (3 yard rush line)
- Open hand blocking (no bull rushing) - no downfield blocking

Women
Pro-A Division
Competitive
Overview
- Pro A is competitive, fast and physical. There are more rewards, challenges, and a gamechanging Tournament of Champions where the top Power Ranked teams from the season challenge each other for the coveted BLACK jerseys and $2,500 in prizes!
Is Pro A right for my team?
- Pro A is mainly comprised with talented football teams that consistently play. They have high football IQs and often have significant experience competing. The general rule is if you are unsure on your division it is better to start in Pro B or C and then change to Pro A.

- Live Rush (cannot line up heads up on center)
- Safeties

Pro-B Division
Fun & Competitive
Overview
- Ska'moog Pro B is fun, engaging, and competitive. The 5v5 format keeps everyone involved in every play. Our style also includes some hand contact that makes rushing and blocking more fun!
Is Pro B right for my team?
- Pro B is perfect for players that enjoy playing football. The division is filled with solid teams that understand the game of football and like competing. This is a perfect division to start with if you are unsure of where to start.

Pro B
Pro-C Division
Fun & Engaging
Overview
- Pro C was designed for players looking to have some organized fun! This is the perfect division for players looking to play, have fun, and then get some drinks after the game. The one-day tournament format fits perfectly for busy schedules (this division is really perfect for people who just want to keep having fun and playing). Our tournament highlight videos, player stats, and 1000+ free photos makes each tournament experience memorable! Now......you really have no excuse to stop playing!
Is Pro C right for my team?
- Pro C is designed to be social, fun, and semi competitive which allows every player a home to keep playing sports with their friends and teammates forever! The games are engaging, fun, and very entertaining!
